The workmanship and measurement performance of the Sharp-Sighter™ are guaranteed to be free from defect for a period of 1 year from the date or receipt. Contact us at sales@sharp-sighter.com to report a claim.
REFUNDS, RETURNS:
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and package, and we will refund the full order amount minus 15% of the purchase price for return shipping, inspection, recertification, and restocking of the tool. For returns, please send email to us at sales@sharp-sighter.com that states your order number and the reason for the return. A Return material Authorization, RMA and shipping label and instructions will be provided.
SAFE OPERATION PROTOCOL:
Safe operation of Sharp-Sighter™ tool is described in the operating instructions.
- Never point the muzzle toward yourself or others.
- Never operate with a loaded firearm.
- Open the bolt, breach, or BCG to disable the firearm before installing the tool.
- Remove the tool prior to closing the bolt, or operating the firearm.
